Acceptance of terms

By using VODey, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What VODey is

VODey is a free-to-use VOD playlist app that helps you organize and share videos from Twitch and YouTube. Premium features are available via Patreon subscription.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for any activity that happens under your account. Don't share your sign-in credentials with anyone else.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VODey to:

• Create public playlists with offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Attempt to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or manipulate the platform

Content moderation

We reserve the right to remove public playlists, custom cover images, or any other content that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is managed via Patreon. Cancellations and refunds are handled through Patreon's own terms. Your VODey Premium access ends when your Patreon pledge ends.

No warranty

VODey is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or feature availability. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
